Party Packages
We provide the FUN and everything you need for a Great Party! We provide tablecloths, plates, napkins, and utensils and can also provide food, cake, candles and more! See our add on options below to make your special day stress free. We will contact you prior to the party once you reserve to finalize everything for your special day. If you would rather bring your own cake, food or other party favors you have that option as well. Check out our FAQ section for common questions about what is allowed in our space. We recommend about an hour or so of play and then transition to your party area. All food, drinks and decorations will need to stay in this area. This room comes equipped with four picnic tables that can easily accommodate up to 24 party guests, bench seating for parents, tables for food and presents, a cart to help you move things more easily and a tv to meet any of your audio visual needs. Below you can find our different party packages and our calendar to book your event. Upon booking your party you will receive a confirmation email that will include an invitation you can customize and send out to your guests.
Party Package Pricing
Woodplay of the Carolinas is excited to host your event! Our 3,000 SF Party Room in Raleigh has lots of fun things to do! Your party will be one that everyone will love as they will get to play on a huge indoor child-friendly playground with pieces of play equipment for kids of all ages. Our space includes one of our Mega Sets that includes multiple slides, climbing walls, areas for imaginative play and more. We also have trampolines and other fun things to do. We also offer a dedicated toddler area with age-appropriate activities to enjoy. Everyone attending needs a signed WAIVER by a parent or legal guardian. Please have them complete this online prior to the day of the event. Once checked in they can start enjoying our multiple play areas where they can climb, bounce, slide and use their imaginations. We do ask that the children not wear shoes while in the play area and there is a shoe area when they arrive to store those, however socks are required.

We want to make your party as stress free as possible so we have a menu of children favorites we can offer for your private party. You can select these when you reserve your party or when we call to confirm your reservation. We do need 48 hours to order these items so please make any changes prior to that time by calling or emailing our team at party@woodplaync.com

Party Room FAQ

What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
Parents of the birthday child can arrive up to 20 minutes prior to the party to get everything set up for the party. Guests should arrive a few minutes prior to the start of the party to allow time to complete their waiver if they have not already done so. Your party ends 2 hours after the designated start time. Please be considerate of the party after you by helping us ensure that you and your guests depart soon after that time so that we have sufficient time to clean and prepare for the next party. -
Does everyone need to sign a waiver form?
For insurance purposes, every guest who enters our Party Room must have a completed waiver. All guests under 17 years of age must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. We encourage this to be done prior to

What does a typical party look like?
Once you and your guests check in, it’s time to play so we encourage the kids to start playing and then after about an hour and fifteen minutes or so we recommend transitioning to the party area where you can have food and the birthday cake. We have found that full tummies and running and bouncing don’t mix well. -
What is there to play on in the Party Room?
We have a mega size playset for the kids to play on that includes 5 slides, climbing walls and ladders. We also have 2 trampolines and other cools things to play with during the party. We also offer a designated toddler area for our smaller children with age-appropriate activities. -
Are children allowed to wear shoes in the play area?
Shoes are not allowed in the play area, but socks are required. We have an area to store their shoes while they play. -
Will there be a Woodplay staff member available to assist with my party?
Yes, a staff member will be available to assist you with the party. -
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my party?
We require 2 weeks’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party. Cancelations after this time will result in loss of your deposit. -
Is my party private or will my guests share the party room with guests from other parties?

What food items can be brought into the facility?
You may bring a cake, cupcakes, prepackaged snacks or any commercially prepared food items. Homemade foods are not allowed to be served. -
What kind of drinks can I bring?
You can bring your own drinks or we do offer water and juice for purchase. No alcoholic beverages are allowed. -
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
While we do provide these you are welcome to use your own table decorations and/or paper products in the party room. We do have mounted hooks if you want to hang a Happy Birthday banner on the wall. However, to preserve the integrity of our party room, we do not permit anything taped to the wall or anything hung from the ceiling. -
How many guests can I invite?
Our Parties are designated by the number of children attending. All children 1 year or older are included in the headcount of up to 24 children. -
Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
If you will be bringing a cake, please bring candles and something to serve it. If we are providing we will have candles, lighter and a serving knife. -
Do I need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun! -
What assistance do you provide in the party room?
We thoroughly prepare the room so that it’s all clean, tidy, and organized for your group. Then, we set up the party room with the included items (plates, napkins, tablecloths, etc.) and any items you might have brought such as your cake. We will take care of any items your guests might bring, like birthday presents for the guest of honor! During your time here we will be there to help and ensure everything goes smoothly. -
What if I am late for my scheduled party time? What if my Guests are late?
We understand that circumstances happen, however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we may be unable to extend your party time. -
When should I order food for our party?
You can order online when you reserve your party, or we will call you prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to adjust or add your food items. -
Can I have alcohol for the adults?
No alcohol is allowed in our facility. -
Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?
You are welcome to bring your own. -
What if more/less kids show up on the day of the party after I have placed my food order?
Unfortunately, food orders are placed 48 hours in advance and cannot be changed on the day of your party. -
Do you have a refrigerator for my cakes or drinks?
Yes. -
What if there is inclement weather the day of our party?
In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to find a new date that is open on our calendar.
