We look forward to hosting your child at Camp Woodplay for one of our Schools Out Day Camps. See our schedule below of the days we are offering. We encourage you to review our FAQ section below prior to booking your camper and if you have any questions, please let us know. There is a maximum of 16 campers per day and they will be broken into two groups with each group having an assigned Camp Counselor. Campers must be in grades K-3 and the cost for the daily camp is $60 per camper.

Camp Payments

Payments are due at the time of registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made in writing to camp@woodplaync.com at least two weeks before your program start date will receive a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee (per camp, per camper).

Cancellations made within two weeks of the program start date are not eligible for a refund or credit.

If you would like to reschedule a camp, it will be processed as a cancellation.
You can then rebook the preferred camp week.

Schools Out Day Camp FAQ

  • What to Bring?

    A backpack with lunch, water bottle and two snacks. Please bring items that don’t require being cooled or heated. Each camp group will eat at a time that fits into their daily routine. Please send two snacks for campers. If your child has a food allergy, please note that when registering your child. You are welcome to send in an extra set of clothes if you wish. Reminder that all campers must be fully potty-trained.

  • What does a typical camp day look like?

    Campers will engage in weekly themed activities, play on playsets, jump on trampolines, participate in games, create arts and crafts and eat snack/lunch with their camp group.

    Below is a general daily camp schedule:

     1:15-2:00 Craft Time
     2:00-3:00 Supervised Play

     3:30- 4:00 Free Play

  • Who are your camp counselors?

    Our qualified counselors range from teachers off for the summer to high school and college students. All our educators have a love of play, learning, and childhood enrichment. Camps have a 1:8 counselor to camper ratio.

  • What if I'm late picking up my camper?

    Please call and make us aware. Woodplay reserves the right to assess a late pick-up fee starting at 4:15PM at the discretion of the camp director after the first occurrence. Re-occurring late pick-ups may result in a camper forfeiting the remainder of a camp week with no refund.

  • What happens if my child is sick or showing signs of becoming sick?

    For the health and well-being of all campers, a child with a contagious illness within 2 days of their camp start date may not attend. Campers who show any sign of illness or fever during the camp day will need to be picked up. Children must be fever free for 24 hours prior to returning to camp.

  • Why do I need to sign a waiver form?

    We are committed to providing a safe environment for our campers. However, for insurance purposes, every camper must have a completed waiver. All campers under 17 years of age must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. We encourage this to be done prior to arriving at camp.   • Potty Training Expectations?

    Woodplay staff members do not assist in the bathroom for your child’s safety and their own. Our staff members will give prompts from the door and be available to take children to the restroom whenever needed. If a child has an accident, they are given clothes and cleaning wipes along with support and understanding. We want all campers to have a positive experience at camp and will work with children and their families to provide support.

  • Behavioral Expectations?

    We want everyone to have a safe and positive experience at camp! Counselors will focus on supporting inclusive and fun camp environments. Encourage your campers to show kindness through their actions, choices, and words. This means keeping their bodies to themselves, playing safely and appropriately, and meeting group expectations. Help your camper practice using listening ears whenever someone else is speaking, especially in a larger group. Let them know to pay attention to the counselors and what they are communicating throughout the week.

  • Are you able to accommodate my child with medical allergies and/or special needs?

    Please contact our team to ensure that we can be the best fit for your child.

  • When will we contact you?

    If your camper gets hurt or is involved in another camper getting hurt. Your camper is having a hard time getting along with their peers or adjusting to the camp day. If significant behavioral issues arise and are unable to be resolved, we reserve the right to ask a camper to leave. In this case, no refund will be issued.

Woodplay is such a fantastic place to purchase kids’ outdoor playsets and trampolines from! We bought their cedar playset when the kids were young, and it was so sturdy and safe. It really looked good in our backyard too. Now, I have two teenagers so we bought Woodplay’s trampoline because it’s the safest style on the market – just to get them out of the house. We have the basketball hoop accessory and it has taken a beating, but is still holding up excellently! Both of these were delivered and installed by Woodplay. I wanted them to install because they do it all the time, and I just wanted to make sure that it was put together correctly. These two products were well worth the money. We will probably purchase a Goalrilla Goal in the near future!

We purchased our playset from Woodplay almost 8 years ago. We have moved since then, and they moved our playset for us and we’ve had them come out and pressure wash and stain and tune up (look over and make sure all bolts are tight etc) a few times, and they have always done a great job. Recently, we had them come out for a deluxe tune up and they discovered a split in one of the frame legs. They said it would be covered under warranty and came out and replaced the part at just a small fee to cover the trip out. We have been very happy with our playset and the great customer service from Woodplay.

From ordering to install 5*s all the way. They were so accommodating with my schedule and the installer did a great job putting it exactly where we wanted it even though the spot was a bit challenging. They even came back the next afternoon to replace a defective part that was discovered on the install. Our kids love their new play set. Glad we chose Woodplay.

Woodplay talked me through the whole process of choosing and then purchasing our Goalrilla basketball goal. There are so many different models and options to choose from and they were so patient in explaining all the differences. They also had the best price – even compared to Amazon! But they still told me that they’d price-match if I found something cheaper online. The installation process was seamless. Recently purchased a CV-60 Goalrilla basketball goal from Woodplay and could not be happier. The install went exactly as planned and there is zero vibration when shooting. Would recommend this model and Woodplay to anyone interested in a professional quality hoop. Look forward to enjoying this goal for many years!

We have purchased Woodplay sets for our daughter and granddaughter and have had excellent service every time. We still have our original Woodplay set that we purchased almost 25 year ago and our granddaughter plays on it when she visits our house. These sets are built very well to last over time. We love Woodplay!
